Quality Control

At Simpex Pharma Pvt. Ltd. we maintain stringent quality standards all across our processes and services to ensure that our products meet the highest of international standards. Stringent quality checks take place at all stages of the product manufacturing cycle, starting from raw material procurement to the finished product being dispatch to the market.

We follow CGMP good laboratory & documentation practices that result in the manufacturing of high-quality products that increase patient’s confidence as well.

The quality control ensures the quality accuracy of each product manufactured, through rigorous testing using state-of-the-art instrumentation and highly qualified team of professionals. Our QC lab employs the latest technologies –HPLC, GC with headspace, dissolution tester, FTIR, and viscometer, among others to carry out all the necessary tests. A separate state-of-the-art laboratory is also located next to the QC area to conduct microbiology testing.
