Quality Assurance

In Simpex Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Quality Assurance (QA) Responsible for implementation of Quality Systems across the organization to ensure quality products to our consumers. Quality Assurance (QA) covers all aspects that could have an impact on the quality of pharmaceutical products.

Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (PQS) consist of eight pillars, which are designed to provide high quality finished pharmaceutical products, with QA and PQS working together in synergy. Simpex Pharma Pvt. Ltd. strives to provide high quality products to enable them to enhance their reputation, maximize profit and to provide high quality drugs to humans. To meet these targets, they rely on well-designed PQS, which involve the coordination of quality through processes, with the aim of producing finished products of the highest quality.

Simpex Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering quality and safe products to its customers. This is achieved through a well-defined quality management system. Our quality management system is mandated and supported by executive management. While it is co-ordinated by the quality management department, it is monitored by departmental self-audits, internal facility audits and quality assurance compliance programs. Regulatory agency inspections also help in assessing the robustness of our quality management system.

Quality systems and SOPs such as Change Controls, Deviations, Customer Complaint, Product Recall, CAPA, Internal Audit and OOS are controlled by QMS.
