I am a living example of the fact that everyone is given opportunities to develop, regardless of your entry point into the company. I do the same for my team. At the same time, I can always count on the support of my superiors to guide me and enable me to be the best at what I do and how I lead.</p> <p>I make sure I am always available to solve challenges together with my team. To me the Simpex way is not only about managing technical issues. We do our best to ensure the personal growth of people. I make sure my team attend regular training and in the same way I also participate in training courses to ensure I am a good leader.</p> <p>I communicate openly with my team and I make sure I truly understand their feelings and opinions about whatever problems and issues that can arise as we work. I believe that in this way I can support and motivate them in the best way possible, to achieve on their own and together with me.</p>
