<p class="brief-desc"><strong>Mr. Sudesh Sharma</strong> our Human Resources lead, based in Uttarakhand, highlights the Simpex’s culture that is primarily based on innovation having 23 Years association with Simpex Pharma Group, <strong>Mr. Sudesh Sharma</strong> had experience in HR Functioning manufacturing unit and also his role including the management of Licensing activities. It is the fact that the company has held true to its values at every step of our journey. We have an open and transparent work environment, one that encourages employees to voice their opinions freely within my very first year a Simpex, I knew I had made the right choice. This sense of ‘ownership’, taking decisions and learning from each experience is what sets Simpex apart. <br></p><p class="brief-desc"> I am extremely proud to be associated with brand Simpex. I joined Simpex 23 Year agoas a Licensing Manager, I had prior experience working in HR Functioning manufacturing unit. As I had started as Licensing Manager, within a couple of months I had offer function aligned to me, shortly thereafter I was assigned additional responsibilities of leading the HR Operations. It is the fact that the company has held true to its values at every step of our journey. I feel we all have an entrepreneurial spirit in us. We have an open and transparent work environment, one that encourages employees to voice their opinions freely within my very first year a Simpex, I knew I had made the right choice.
